You slide an insert board into the window area, attach your pins and merch to the insert, and the clear panel shows it all off. Most ita bags include an insert. Standard 25mm pins: a small crossbody window holds ~20–30 pins. A medium backpack holds 40–60 pins. A large backpack can hold 80+ pins.
