Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking once your package ships. During peak seasons (convention season May–August, holiday November–December), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll note any delays on our homepage.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are determined by your destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. YourItBag is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. We declare the actual order value on all customs forms. We do not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue contents.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, check your tracking link for the latest status, then contact your local postal service with the tracking number. If confirmed lost, contact us within 60 days of your order date. We'll arrange a replacement shipment or full refund — your choice.
