Track Orders From My Account

If you placed the order with an account, the fastest route is the My Account Orders area.

  • Sign in using the same email you used at checkout.
  • Open the order list to review status, dates, and any available shipment updates.
  • Use the order details page if you need to confirm items, address, or order history.

Check Your Order Emails

Your order emails are the second-best source for updates, especially if you checked out without logging into an account.

  • Review the order confirmation email first to confirm the order number and purchase details.
  • Watch for a shipment email after dispatch. That message may include the carrier or tracking details when available.
  • Check your spam, promotions, or filtered folders if you do not see the messages in your inbox.

What Order Status Usually Means

Order statuses can change as payment, packing, and shipment move forward.

  • Processing usually means payment was received and the order is being prepared.
  • Completed usually means the order has finished the main fulfillment flow.
  • On hold can mean payment review, stock review, or another temporary check is needed.

When Tracking Updates Appear

Tracking information does not always update instantly after a label is created.

  • It can take some time for the carrier to scan the package into the network.
  • During weekends, holidays, and heavy-volume periods, status updates may move more slowly.

If You Checked Out As A Guest

If you did not use an account, use your order confirmation email and shipment email first.

  • Keep your order number ready before contacting support.
  • Use the same email address from checkout so support can locate the order faster.

When To Contact Support

  • Include a short note about the issue, such as missing shipment email, no tracking movement, or address concern.
