    I’ve now bought four bags from this store for different fandoms and every single one has been this quality. Fast shipping, well-packed, and the bags themselves are just beautiful. This is my go-to recommendation whenever anyone asks about ita bags.

    This is a solid bag and I’m happy with the purchase. Clear window, good construction, and the insert board is sturdy. Knocking off a star because shipping took about 10 days, which was longer than the estimated time — but the bag itself is worth the wait and I’d order again.

    Unfortunately disappointed with this purchase. The window developed a yellowish tint after about 6 weeks which makes my build look cloudy. Also the bottom stitching started unraveling after a month of daily use. The bag looked great initially but the quality didn’t hold up. Customer service was responsive but I expected better durability.

The reason I’m giving 3 stars is it arrived with a faint smell that took a few days to air out, and the lining inside the main compartment peeled slightly at one corner after a month. For the price it’s acceptable but not exceptional.

Giving 4 stars because I noticed a small loose thread on the inside seam when it arrived — doesn’t affect function at all but I noticed. Would still recommend, the display quality is excellent.
