    Unfortunately disappointed with this purchase. The window developed a yellowish tint after about 6 weeks which makes my build look cloudy. Also the bottom stitching started unraveling after a month of daily use. The bag looked great initially but the quality didn’t hold up. Customer service was responsive but I expected better durability.

    Mixed feelings on this one. The window is great and the bag is cute but the zipper has already started catching after about 3 weeks of use. It still works but I have to be careful with it. For occasional use it would probably be fine — I just use mine daily so it’s showing wear faster than expected.

    Love the design and quality of this bag. The window is large and stays flat, my pins look incredible through it, and the bag is genuinely comfortable to carry. Giving 4 stars because the zipper pull is a bit small for my hands — a minor ergonomic thing. Everything else is perfect and I’d recommend this to any ita bag fan.

    The bag works as an ita bag. The window is clear, the insert board holds pins, and it looks cute. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is it arrived with a faint smell that took a few days to air out, and the lining inside the main compartment peeled slightly at one corner after a month. For the price it’s acceptable but not exceptional.

    Happy with this purchase overall. The bag looks great, the window is perfectly clear, and my convention build looked amazing in it. Minor note: the insert board is a little thin for very heavy standees — I swapped it for a thicker one from my old bag. Everything else is excellent and I’d definitely buy from this shop again.
