Fine bag overall. The window is clear and a decent size for a starter build. The strap padding could be better — after a few hours at a convention my shoulder was hurting more than I’d like. I’d recommend this for casual use or as a first ita bag, just maybe not for long convention days with a heavy build.

The insert board that came with this bag is the thickest and sturdiest I’ve seen — my pins don’t wobble or shift at all even when I’m moving around. Plus the window is crystal clear with zero tint. Really impressed.

Unfortunately disappointed with this purchase. The window developed a yellowish tint after about 6 weeks which makes my build look cloudy. Also the bottom stitching started unraveling after a month of daily use. The bag looked great initially but the quality didn’t hold up. Customer service was responsive but I expected better durability.

Ordered this to replace my previous ita bag that had a cracked window after a year of use. This one arrived in perfect condition and the window quality is noticeably better — much thicker PVC that doesn’t crease or warp. The insert board is also an upgrade from what I was using before: firm foam that holds even heavy acrylic standees without them pulling pins down. I did a full JJK build with 35 pins, three standees, and a Gojo acrylic charm and everything sits perfectly. The bag also has a ton of storage pockets inside which is great for convention carry. Really happy with this purchase.

This bag is built like it’s meant to last: thick, woven straps with reinforced stitching at the connections, a window that’s sealed all the way around with no loose edges, and hardware that’s metal, not cheap plastic. I did a 40-pin Pokémon build with my favorite Eeveelutions and it looked absolutely stunning at the convention. The bag also fits a full day’s worth of supplies in the main compartment. Legitimately one of the best purchases I’ve made this year.
