Really solid buy. The window quality is great, the bag is the right size for daily carry plus my pin display, and the construction feels durable. Minor note: the bottom of the bag doesn’t have a flat base, so it can tip if you set it down without leaning it against something. Not a problem when wearing it. Four stars overall.

The bag is cute and ships quickly. I’m giving 3 stars because the window on mine arrived with a small scuff mark in one corner — it’s only visible from certain angles but it does bother me. I reached out to customer service and they were helpful, so I’m not angry, just a bit disappointed. The rest of the bag quality is fine.

Love the design and quality of this bag. The window is large and stays flat, my pins look incredible through it, and the bag is genuinely comfortable to carry. Giving 4 stars because the zipper pull is a bit small for my hands — a minor ergonomic thing. Everything else is perfect and I’d recommend this to any ita bag fan.

Writing this review after three months of heavy use including two conventions and daily commuting. The bag shows minimal wear — the window is still perfectly clear, the zipper hasn’t caught or snagged once, and the stitching is holding up completely. The insert board that came with it is still firm and my pins haven’t shifted from their positions. I originally bought this as a treat for myself after saving up, and it’s been worth every cent. My entire friend group has now ordered their own after seeing mine. If you’re on the fence about this bag, don’t be — it’s legitimately the best ita bag I’ve found at this price point.
