    This is a really good ita bag. The window is perfectly clear, the build quality is solid, and it works great for conventions. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is the strap clips are a bit stiff when first used — they’ve loosened up with use but took some effort initially. The bag itself is fantastic and I use it constantly.

    Writing this review after three months of heavy use including two conventions and daily commuting. The bag shows minimal wear — the window is still perfectly clear, the zipper hasn’t caught or snagged once, and the stitching is holding up completely. The insert board that came with it is still firm and my pins haven’t shifted from their positions. I originally bought this as a treat for myself after saving up, and it’s been worth every cent. My entire friend group has now ordered their own after seeing mine. If you’re on the fence about this bag, don’t be — it’s legitimately the best ita bag I’ve found at this price point.
