I was really excited about this bag but it arrived with the window seam slightly separated on one side — maybe 1cm. It’s not a total defect and hasn’t gotten worse in the month since I got it, but I expected the quality to be cleaner. The rest of the bag is nice enough. Would give it another try if they improved QC.

This bag is built like it’s meant to last: thick, woven straps with reinforced stitching at the connections, a window that’s sealed all the way around with no loose edges, and hardware that’s metal, not cheap plastic. The insert board that came with it is still firm and my pins haven’t shifted from their positions. I originally bought this as a treat for myself after saving up, and it’s been worth every cent. My entire friend group has now ordered their own after seeing mine. If you’re on the fence about this bag, don’t be — it’s legitimately the best ita bag I’ve found at this price point.
