Great bag for the price. The window is clear, the insert fits perfectly, and it looks lovely. Giving 4 stars rather than 5 because it arrived a day later than expected and the outer packaging was slightly dented, though the bag inside was perfect. Overall a good purchase and I’ll likely buy a second one in a different color.

Love the bag! The window is crystal clear and my pins show off beautifully. Giving 4 stars because one of the zipper pulls arrived slightly bent — it still works perfectly fine but it’s a minor imperfection. Otherwise this is exactly what I needed and I’d recommend it.

Mixed feelings on this one. The window is great and the bag is cute but the zipper has already started catching after about 3 weeks of use. It still works but I have to be careful with it. For occasional use it would probably be fine — I just use mine daily so it’s showing wear faster than expected.

I can only fit about 12 pins comfortably where I was hoping to fit closer to 20. Not a bad bag, just make sure to double-check the measurements before ordering.

I was hesitant to spend money on an ita bag I’d never seen in person but the reviews convinced me and I’m so glad I took the leap. This bag is built like it’s meant to last: thick, woven straps with reinforced stitching at the connections, a window that’s sealed all the way around with no loose edges, and hardware that’s metal, not cheap plastic. I did a 40-pin Pokémon build with my favorite Eeveelutions and it looked absolutely stunning at the convention. The bag also fits a full day’s worth of supplies in the main compartment. Legitimately one of the best purchases I’ve made this year.
