Unfortunately disappointed with this purchase. The window developed a yellowish tint after about 6 weeks which makes my build look cloudy. Also the bottom stitching started unraveling after a month of daily use. The bag looked great initially but the quality didn’t hold up. Customer service was responsive but I expected better durability.

The bag looks pretty and the window quality is good — my pins show through clearly. However it’s noticeably smaller than I expected from the dimensions in the listing. I can only fit about 12 pins comfortably where I was hoping to fit closer to 20. Not a bad bag, just make sure to double-check the measurements before ordering.

Ordered this to replace my previous ita bag that had a cracked window after a year of use. This one arrived in perfect condition and the window quality is noticeably better — much thicker PVC that doesn’t crease or warp. The insert board is also an upgrade from what I was using before: firm foam that holds even heavy acrylic standees without them pulling pins down. I did a full JJK build with 35 pins, three standees, and a Gojo acrylic charm and everything sits perfectly. The bag also has a ton of storage pockets inside which is great for convention carry. Really happy with this purchase.

I like this bag a lot. The display window is the best feature — crystal clear, flat, and large enough for a solid build. Giving 4 stars because the included insert board curled slightly at the edges when I first put it in, though it flattened out after a day. Not a deal-breaker at all and everything else is great.

This is a really good ita bag. The window is perfectly clear, the build quality is solid, and it works great for conventions. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is the strap clips are a bit stiff when first used — they’ve loosened up with use but took some effort initially. The bag itself is fantastic and I use it constantly.
