The one small complaint is that the zipper on the interior pocket sticks a little. Nothing that affects the main use of the bag though, and the display window is fantastic.

Giving 4 stars because I wish the shoulder padding was a bit thicker for longer carrying — but for shorter outings it’s completely fine.
