Good quality bag and my pins look amazing through the window. The main compartment is a nice size and the straps are comfortable. Giving 4 stars because it took me a few tries to figure out how to get the insert board seated properly without it sliding — but once in place it stays perfectly. Overall really happy with this.

I was hesitant to spend money on an ita bag I’d never seen in person but the reviews convinced me and I’m so glad I took the leap. This bag is built like it’s meant to last: thick, woven straps with reinforced stitching at the connections, a window that’s sealed all the way around with no loose edges, and hardware that’s metal, not cheap plastic. I did a 40-pin Pokémon build with my favorite Eeveelutions and it looked absolutely stunning at the convention. The bag also fits a full day’s worth of supplies in the main compartment. Legitimately one of the best purchases I’ve made this year.

Removing one star because the interior fabric is a slightly rougher texture than I prefer against my items — but for an ita bag where the main point is the display window, this is a very minor issue. Would buy again.

The bag shows minimal wear — the window is still perfectly clear, the zipper hasn’t caught or snagged once, and the stitching is holding up completely. The insert board that came with it is still firm and my pins haven’t shifted from their positions. I originally bought this as a treat for myself after saving up, and it’s been worth every cent. My entire friend group has now ordered their own after seeing mine. If you’re on the fence about this bag, don’t be — it’s legitimately the best ita bag I’ve found at this price point.
