I ordered this for my anime convention season and it’s exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the packaging — it arrived beautifully wrapped and clearly wasn’t just thrown in a box. The bag itself is clearly quality-made: strong zipper, clear window without any clouding or warp, reinforced strap connections. I built my Hatsune Miku shrine on the included insert board (28 pins + 4 acrylic charms) and everything fit perfectly with the display looking absolutely stunning. Three separate cosplayers stopped me on the convention floor just to photograph my bag. It’s been to two cons so far and looks like I just unboxed it. This is my forever ita bag brand.

Decent bag for the price but a few things to note. The main compartment is quite shallow — I can fit my phone and a small wallet but not much else. Also the strap is not adjustable which limits how you can wear it. The window and display aspect works exactly as expected, just be aware it’s more of a display bag than a functional everyday bag.
