    Let me start by saying the shipping was incredibly fast — I ordered Tuesday and it arrived Friday. The bag itself is even better in person than in the photos. The window is crystal clear with no distortion, the insert board is thick and sturdy, and the overall construction feels premium. I wore it to a K-pop concert last weekend and got so many compliments — two people asked to buy it off me! The strap is padded enough that it was comfortable for the full 4-hour event. I’m genuinely thrilled with this purchase and will absolutely order more from this brand.
