I ordered this for my anime convention season and it’s exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the packaging — it arrived beautifully wrapped and clearly wasn’t just thrown in a box. The bag itself is clearly quality-made: strong zipper, clear window without any clouding or warp, reinforced strap connections. I built my Hatsune Miku shrine on the included insert board (28 pins + 4 acrylic charms) and everything fit perfectly with the display looking absolutely stunning. Three separate cosplayers stopped me on the convention floor just to photograph my bag. It’s been to two cons so far and looks like I just unboxed it. This is my forever ita bag brand.

Writing this review after three months of heavy use including two conventions and daily commuting. The bag shows minimal wear — the window is still perfectly clear, the zipper hasn’t caught or snagged once, and the stitching is holding up completely. The insert board that came with it is still firm and my pins haven’t shifted from their positions. I originally bought this as a treat for myself after saving up, and it’s been worth every cent. My entire friend group has now ordered their own after seeing mine. If you’re on the fence about this bag, don’t be — it’s legitimately the best ita bag I’ve found at this price point.

The bag is cute and functional. Three stars because the color was noticeably different from the photos — the listing showed a soft pastel and what arrived is significantly brighter and more saturated. I’ve adjusted to it and the bag works well, but just know the colors can read differently in person. The ita bag function itself is great.
