This bag is incredible and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been burned by so many ita bags that looked good in photos and arrived looking nothing like the listing. This one is exactly as shown, and in person it looks even better. The colors are vibrant, the window is crystal clear, the stitching is clean and tight everywhere I checked. I filled it with my full Genshin Impact collection — Hu Tao pins, Raiden Shogun standees, Furina acrylic charms — and the window showed every piece off perfectly. The bag also sits flat against my back and doesn’t swing, which is important at crowded conventions. This will be my convention bag for years.

This is a really good ita bag. The window is perfectly clear, the build quality is solid, and it works great for conventions. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is the strap clips are a bit stiff when first used — they’ve loosened up with use but took some effort initially. The bag itself is fantastic and I use it constantly.
