The zipper broke completely on the main compartment after 2 weeks of light use. The seam on the window pocket also started separating. I was so excited for this bag and really disappointed by the quality. Reached out to the shop and waiting to hear back. Will update this review.

Giving 4 stars rather than 5 because it arrived a day later than expected and the outer packaging was slightly dented, though the bag inside was perfect. Overall a good purchase and I’ll likely buy a second one in a different color.
