Unfortunately disappointed with this purchase. The window developed a yellowish tint after about 6 weeks which makes my build look cloudy. Also the bottom stitching started unraveling after a month of daily use. The bag looked great initially but the quality didn’t hold up. Customer service was responsive but I expected better durability.

The bag arrived with a noticeable crease in the window that won’t flatten out no matter what I try. The rest of the bag seems fine quality-wise but the window crease is very visible and really detracts from the display. Given that the whole point of an ita bag is the clear window, this is a significant issue for me.
