Unfortunately disappointed with this purchase. The window developed a yellowish tint after about 6 weeks which makes my build look cloudy. Also the bottom stitching started unraveling after a month of daily use. The bag looked great initially but the quality didn’t hold up. Customer service was responsive but I expected better durability.

This is everything I’ve been looking for in an ita bag. I’ve tried five different brands over the past two years and this one finally gets all the details right: the window is the perfect size (not too small, not overwhelming), the insert board is thick enough to hold pins without bowing, the main compartment is actually usable for daily carry, and the overall construction is solid. I took it to Anime NYC and it survived 3 days of convention floors with my 28-pin Jujutsu Kaisen build completely intact. The compliments I received were non-stop. Buying my second one this week.

The construction quality is exceptional — reinforced stitching at the stress points, a zipper that glides without catching, and a window that stays perfectly clear and flat. The main compartment is roomier than I expected, fitting my essentials plus a water bottle. I built a Demon Slayer shrine with 32 pins and four acrylic standees and everything fit with room to spare. This is my new favorite bag and I’ll be buying another in a different color next month.
